About

Hi, I'm Rey.

I'm a Certified Positive Discipline Educator and parent coach in Boston with a psychology background. Picks by Rey is where I share the home and office products and AI tools that make my days calmer and my work smarter.

How I choose

• I use it first. Nothing goes on this site that I haven't tried in my own home or work.
• I tell you the downsides too. Every review has a "worth knowing" list.
• I don't promise miracles. Products make life easier; they don't change it.
• I always say how I got it: bought, gifted or sponsored.

How this site earns

Some links are affiliate links, and I may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. I also partner with brands on sponsored content, which is always marked #ad. Read the full disclosure.
